About myself and my art

I am a very creative person, full of ideas and enthusiasm, enjoying experimentation with techniques in all different media.  I'm equally happy to draw, paint, print, stick or make. Having a good eye for design and colour and being practical, I can apply my skills to different areas of arts and crafts. Teaching is one element of my work and I hold several art classes (in person and via Zoom), where I teach people to improve their observational skills and techniques and to try something new and run a variety of fun workshops in various practical craft based disciplines in diverse subjects, such as mixed media mosaic, photomontage, basic sewing projects and shadow boxes.  The emphasis is equally on enjoyment and learning.

I have a BA(hons) in Graphic Design, where my specialism was Illustration. I also have a Certificate of Education teaching qualification.
